1In small microwave safe bowl; break chocolate into pieces, add 2 T. milk and inst. coffee. Microwave for a minute at a time, stirring each time, until warm and smooth. In my microwave I heat it for 1 minute, stir, and then 20 seconds at a time.
2In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk; add chocolate mixture; stir until blended. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
3Fold in whipped topping till blended. Spoon into crust, smooth top. Freeze 4 hrs. or until firm.
4Thaw for a few minutes before serving.Top with crumbled oreos,shaved chocolate, raspberries or whatever you like. Store leftovers in freezer.
