Fresh fruit pie

This is so simple to make and delicious. You can substitute 1/2 cup powdered sugar for the cream cheese, but I love the cream cheese version best.
It is fairly light and not too sweet.

Ingredients

1 pkg
pie crust, baked
1/2 stick
margerine
1 pkg
cream cheese, softened
slice
fresh peaches or fresh strawberries
1/2 pt
fresh whipped cream, whipped

Step-By-Step

1Bake the pie crust and let cool

2Combine the softened margerine and softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread this mixture on the cooled pie crust

3Slice the peaches or berries and add a bit of lemon juice to keep the fruit from browning.

4Top with fresh whipped cream

5Keep refrigerated until you are ready to eat and enjoy!
