French Silk Chocolate Pie

- 1 oz
- 1 tsp
- pie shell, baked (scratch or bought)
- whip cream, home made, or bought
- walnuts (optional)
BAKED PIE SHELL
1Warm butter, gradually add in sugar creaming well.
2Blend in chocolate, melted and cooled, and vanilla.
3Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each egg.
4Pour 1/3 of filling into cooled baked pie shell. Slice 2 bananas (lengthwise), place on top of filling. Put remainder of filling on top of bananas.
5Chill at least 1 to 2 hours.
6Top with whip cream, I prefer to make my own, and add walnuts (optional).
