French Silk Chocolate Pie
BAKED PIE SHELL
pie shell, baked (scratch or bought)
whip cream, home made, or bought
Warm butter, gradually add in sugar creaming well.
Blend in chocolate, melted and cooled, and vanilla.
Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each egg.
Pour 1/3 of filling into cooled baked pie shell. Slice 2 bananas (lengthwise), place on top of filling. Put remainder of filling on top of bananas.
Chill at least 1 to 2 hours.
Top with whip cream, I prefer to make my own, and add walnuts (optional).
