French Coconut Pie

4 Tbsp butter, melted (1/2 stick)
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 c sugar
3 1/2 oz can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
1 c milk
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell.
Bake until firm about 45 to 60 minutes.
