French Coconut Pie
butter, melted (1/2 stick)
all purpose flour
3 1/2 oz
can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
unbaked pie shell
1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell.
2Bake until firm about 45 to 60 minutes.
