French Coconut Pie

This recipe came out of a Home economics cook book back in the seventies. It has never failed to please.

Ingredients

1 stick
butter, melted
1 1/2 c
sugar
3
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 can(s)
coconut (7 to 8 oz.)

Directions Step-By-Step

Beat sugar with eggs and butter until creamy. Add vanilla and vinegar stir. Fold in coconut and mix well.Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
