This pie was super yummy!! Even someone that isn't a pumpkin pie fan may like this one. There is just a touch of pumpkin pie spice and nothing extra. It's sweet, cool, and creamy. Even better it's VERY easy... this will make it's way to our holiday table.

By the way, this also smelled super yummy while it was in the oven..a little taste of fall!

Ingredients

graham cracker crust
1 pkg
cream cheese, softened (12 oz. pkg.)
1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 c
100% pure pumpkin
2
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed.
2Stir in pumpkin.
3Add eggs and mix until blended.
4Pour into crust.
5Bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
6Cool.
7Refrigerate for 3 hours, or overnight.
