How To Make easy sweet potato pie

Preheat oven to 375F. Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl until fluffy. Add sweet potatoes, evaporated milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into crust.

Bake 40-45 minutes or until center is set and crust is lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Garnish with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
