1Mix flour and salt. Add shortening, cut with fork or pastry blender.
2Add cold water a teaspoon at a time until all flour is moist and sticms together.
3Shape into balls and roll out on a floured pastry board. Use enouh flour to keep it from sticking.
4Carefully lift into a pie pan and cut out the extra crust away from pan.
