Ingredients

  • 1 lg box lemon jell-o (4 serving size)
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1 - 8 oz. packages cool whip, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

How To Make easy lemon pie

  • Step 1
    In medium bowl dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add ice cubes, lemon juice & zest, stirring for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens.
  • Step 2
    Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in cool whip. Refrigerate until mixture mounds when spooned.
  • Step 3
    Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 - 5 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in frigerator.
