Ingredients
- 1 lg box lemon jell-o (4 serving size)
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cool whip, thawed
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
How To Make easy lemon pie

Step 1In medium bowl dissolve jell-o in boiling water. Add ice cubes, lemon juice & zest, stirring for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Step 2Remove any unmelted ice. Whisk in cool whip. Refrigerate until mixture mounds when spooned.

Step 3Spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 - 5 hours or until set. Garnish as desired. Store in frigerator.
