Ingredients

1 medium
store bought roasted chicken
2 stick
carrots sliced
2
celery stalks sliced
3 medium
potatos diced
1 1/2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 c
frozen peas
2 pkg
refrigerated pie crust
1 medium
onion diced
salt and pepper
1/2-1 c
milk
1/4 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Peel and dice potato and carrots and boil until soft drain and set aside

2Open one package of pie crust to use as the bottom crust. place in oven safe pan and bake 5-10 minutes

3Saute onions and celery until soft

4Meanwhile take meat off of bone of chicken and chop into bite size pieces

5Mix chicken, cream of chicken, peas and onion and celery mixture. Add potato's and carrots add milk to thin out soup. season with salt and pepper

6Pour into cooked pie crust, cover with second pie crust, pinch edges, brush with melted butter and cut 3 slits on to.

7Bake until center is hot and top is brown.
