Easy fruity-peach pie
I got this recipe from my daughter. It's easy w/ the pre-made pie crusts and is summery tasting w/ the fresh peaches.
- 4 c
- fresh lg peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced1
- 1 c
- fresh raspberries
- 3/4 c
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- 9" pie crusts, like pillsbury
- 2 Tbsp
- softened butter
- 1 Tbsp
- coarse sugar
1Heat oven to 400. Put fruit in a colander to drain fruit, about 10 mins. Place fruit in a lg bowl, gently toss w/ sugar, flour and cinnamon.
2Fit 1 pie crust into 9" pie pan. Transfer fruit to crust. Dot w/ butter. Top w/ remaining crust and crimp.
3Cut vents in top crust. Place foil over edges of pie. Bake 45 mins. Taking the foil off the last 10 mins of cook time.
