Ingredients

2 stick real butter at room temperature
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 oz chocolate, unsweetened squares
4 large eggs
1 pie crust shell baked

If you love chocolate you will love this simple delicious pie.

 

Directions

Put softened butter into mixing bowl.

add melted chocolate that has been slightly cooled

add sugar

add vanilla

beat all ingredients until fluffy. approximately 2-3 minutes.

Start adding eggs one at a time beating 2 full minutes after each egg addition.
You will see it getting light and fluffy.
Pour into a cooled 9 inch baked cooled pie crust.
Top with choice of whatever you like. I use tiny choc chips.Refrigerate til cold.
Mixture will be soft when transferring to crust.

VERY DELICIOUS AND SO QUICK AND EASY TO MAKE.

Top with choice of whatever? All I can think of are chocolate chips, nuts,and marshmallows. Is that what the "whatever" stands for, or am I missing something yummy? Do tell, please.

sorry to confuse anybody. I top with the minature chop chips or most of the time nothing. could also use cool whip. this pie is already rich.
