This is a great seasonal dessert to serve to your guests or to take to a potluck.  I loved that I was able to use the eggnog I had left over from Christmas dinner. It is also VERY quick and easy to prepare... and the taste and smoothness is sure to be enjoyed by all!

Christy points out that it's best when prepared a day in advance - I also found this to be the case.

This pie is better if made the night before you plan on serving it.

This recipe does sound great. I love Eggnog. I went to Wal-Mart tonight to get some eggnog along with some other groceries, and they were sold out. Does anyone have a recipe for eggnog? Thanks in advance.
