Ingredients

2 sqaures white choc chopped
2 cups cool whip devided
1 graham cracker pie crust.
3/4 cup coconut flakes
1 1/2 cups very cold milk
1 box instant coconut cream jello pudding

Step-By-Step

1MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE IN MIC. SAFE BOWL ON HIGH FOR 1 MINUTE AND STIR EVERY 30 SECS. STIR UNTIL SMOOTH AND COMPLETELY MELTED
2LET COOL SOME AND ADD 1 CUP COOL WHIP, FOLD IN.AND THEN FOLD IN 1/2 COCONUT. BLEND WELL
3SPREAD OVER BOTTOM OF PIE CRUST. SET ASIDE.
4MAKE PUDDING.SPOON OVER CHOC MIXTURE IN PIE CRUST.TOP WITH REMAINING COOL WHIP
5TOAST REMAINING COCONUT AND SPRINKLE OVER PIE.
6PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 4 HOURS BEFORE SERVING
