Creamy Lemon Pie

I found a granola pie crust and used that in place of the graham craker and it was great!!

Ingredients

1
graham cracker pie crust
2 pkg
instant lemon pudding/pie filling
1 1/2 c
milk
4 oz
softened cream cheese
1 tsp
lemon juice, fresh
8 oz
tub frozen whip cream

Step-By-Step

1Using a mixer beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the pudding mix, lemon juice and the milk and beat some more. Last add half the whip topping and mix well.
2Pour into the pie shell and top with remainder of the whip topping. Chill for one hour and serve. Delicious!
