Ingredients

1 box
silken tofu,drained
12 oz
chocolate chips, semi sweet
1/4 c
soy or almond milk
1
graham cracker pie crust

Step-By-Step

1melt chocolate chips in microwave, start with 1 min then stir and cook in 15 second intervals till melted

2in a blender, combine tofu and soy or almond milk

3add chocolate chips to blender and blend all till smooth

4pour into graham cracker crust and refrigerate at least one hour before serving, I top this with nondairy whipped cream
