Chocolate fudge pie

- 5 Tbsp
- cocoa powder
- 1 c
- 1/2 c
- all purpose flour
- 2 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 8 inch pie crusts
1Melt margarine and set aside. Whisk eggs together. Mix eggs, cocoa powder and butter together.
2In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar. Stir in the wet mixture until well blended, removing as much of the lumps as possible.
3Pour evenly into the pie crusts.
If using only one pie crust, bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
If using 2 crusts, bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Remove pies and allow them to sit for about 20-30 minutes to cool.
Serve with ice cold milk.
**This pie is not super sweet and will have the consistency of fudge. But it is absolutely great!
