unsweetened chocolate (squares)
pure vanilla extract
frozen pie crust (regular)
1Melt margarine and unsweetened chocolate in a medium saucepan on medium heat
2Once melted and incorporated, add sugar, salt, and vanilla and mix well
3Add eggs and mix well
4Pour into pie crust and bake for 25-35 minutes at 325 degrees
5*I frequently double this recipe and use a deep-dish pie crust, it is wonderful! Serve with vanilla ice cream!
