1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. melt chocolate in top of double boiler over low heat stirring constantly.
2In a bowl thoroughly mix flour, sugar,salt and cinnamon. In seperate bowl,combine buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
3Combine flour nd buttermilk mixtures, beat well with whisk or mixer set on med-low;stir in chocolate by hand. Pour into piecrust. (if you have left over chocolate you can pour into ramikins and bake seperately.)
4Bake 70-80 min. or until done on top and knife inserted in center comes out with only the smallesst amount of moist chocolate on it. Cool, then slice and serve topped with whipped creamand grated chocolate.
5If you are baking ramikins they will need about 25-30 min. to bake :)
