Caramel Apple Pecan Pie

DirectionsMix and set aside sliced apples and tapioca.Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to apple mixture. Pour into 9" deep pie crust dusted with flour on both sides to prevent from sticking to pie pan. Top with a lattice crust design.Brush with milk on top pie crust and dust with cinnamon and sugar.Bake 350* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Drizzle with your favorite caramel topping while still warm.
