This is a recipe I found in Taste of Home magazine as a "test kitchen" recipe. I love snicker's candy bar's, so when I saw this recipe, I had to add it my collection of recipe's. It hasn't been tested in my kitchen yet, so I don't have any feedback. I know I will be making it, so I will let you know how it is.
Place candy bar pieces in the baked pastry shell; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter; beat on low speed until combined. Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until set. Cool on wire rack.
In a heavy saucepan, melt chocolate chips with cream over low heat until smooth. Spread over filling. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Cut with a warm knife.
