DirectionsMix all ingredients in the mixer until light and well blended. Pour into Pie shell and grate nutmeg over the top of the filling.Bake on 350 until tooth pick comes out clean and center springs back. Serve warm or cold!I use the Amish Pie Crust recipe that I posted on here for this pie due to its tenderness, lightness and flavor!
