Ingredients For butterfinger peanut butter candy pie

  • 3 Tbsp
    jiff creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg
    regular sized butterfinger candy bar, crumbled
  • 1/2 c
    land of lakes margarine, melted
  • 1/2 can
    jiff creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar, sifted
  • 3 oz
    soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    jiff creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz
    cool whip
  • 1 pkg
    keebler ready crust shortbread pie crust, 9 inch

How To Make butterfinger peanut butter candy pie

    Lightly spread 3 Tbs of Jiff peanut butter on crust bottom, then cover with crumbled Butterfinger pieces.

    Make peanut butter fudge: In sauce pan, on low heat, melt together margarine and peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and sugar and mix all together.

    Spread fudge over Butterfinger pieces to cover. Butter a pie pan and spread remaining fudge in pan. When cool, cut out hearts to decorate the top.

    Make filling: In large mixer bowl cream sugar and cream cheese. Blend in peanut butter. Add Cool Whip and mix well. Pour into crust and sprinkle remainder of Butter finger pieces over top. Decorate top with the fudge hearts.

    Chill until firm. Serve cold. Can be frozen.
