Dorene's Notes:

My son had this pie at a restuarant and had to have the recipe. He looked on the internet and found it so we could enjoy it at home. It is so easy to make. We have enjoyed it several times when company comes over and they have all gone crazy over it. We changed the recipe a little by adding hershey syrup to the pie. It taste good with or without it.

Directions

1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients in medium bowl. Lightly pack into bottom of 9" spring form pan. Bake 6 minutes and then cool completely.
2
In Large bowl, beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl- combine flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and pecans. Mix well. Lightly pat on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Crumble while hot. Watch, it will burn really easy. Cool Completely.
3
Spread half of cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.Sprinkle half of the brickle over cream cheese mixture. Drizzle half of caramel sauce over that. Drizzle with Hersheys Syrup on top of caramel sauce. Repeat layers again. Freeze until firm. Remove pan sides of spring form pan and serve cold.

It is so good. I had never heard of it before. I can thank my son for adding one more thing to my list that I love. (and have to stay away from it, except on special days) Try it, you will like it.
