|BEST EVER PECAN PIE|
|1/2 c||melted butter|
|1 c||light brown sugar|
|1 c||light karo syrup|
|4||eggs, lightly beaten|
|1/2 c||coarsely chopped pecans|
Melt butter and add 1 cup brown sugar, stirring well.
Add white Karo syrup and a pinch of salt, blending well.
Add four lightly beaten eggs and mix together well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust, add pecans on top of pie filling, and bake at 400 for 10 minutes and 350 for 35 minutes.
