Found this super easy Key Lime Pie Recipe in a cookbook entitled "A Taste of Florida" by: Dorothy Chapman. This recipe comes from the City of Port Orange and from a restaurant named Aunt Catfish's. It contains no eggs so no need to bake! :) It is also super rich so feel free to make mini tarts instead of huge pies!
(14oz each) sweetened condensed milk
key lime juice (make sure it is key lime!)
9 inch graham cracker crust
key lime zest (optional)
1Combine milk & key lime juice.
2Pour Mixture into pie shell.
3Put pie into freezer until shortly before serving.
4Remove pie from freezer to soften slightly and top with whipped cream and/or Key Lime zest.
