Apple Pocket Pies
- 1 roll refrigerated pie crust
- granny smith apples
- 4 Tbsp
- 1 tsp
- 2 tsp
- brown sugar
unroll pie crust, cut into 4 equal triangles. at this point, each triangle can be made into a dough ball and rolled out to form a circle (because its fun for the kids to work with dough!)or you can just use the triangle shape as well.
in a small bowl mix apples,sugars,and cinnamon together untill coated.
put a generous 2 tablespoons of apple mixture into the center of each crust.
fold crust over and pinch the edges to seal or seal with a fork. poke holes in the top with fork for steam to escape.
