| 6 | apples, granny smithpeeled,cored and sliced |
| 1 Tbsp | lemon juice |
| I | deep dish pie crust |
| 1/2 tsp | cinnamon |
| 1 stick | butter |
| 1 tsp | vanilla |
| 1 c | white sugar |
| 1 c | brown sugar, light |

PRE-HEAT OVE AT 375 DEGRESSIN A MED SAUCE PAN ADD THE PEARS, APPLES,BUTTER MINUS 2 TABLESPOONS , VANILLA 1/2 TEASPOON CINNAMON AND BOTH SUGARS MINUS 2 TABLESPOONS OF THE WHITE BOIL FOR 25 MINS.POUR INTO PIE CRUST THEN TOP WITH THE SECOND CRUST PUT IN YOUR AIR HOLES ,WHERE EVER YOU WANT, LET BAKE FOR 10 MINUTESADD THE REST OF THE SUGAR CINNAMON AND BUTTER IN A SM SAUCE PAN ,HEAT UNTIL MELTEDSPOON ONTO THE HALF BAKED PIE ,THEN PUT BACK INTO OVE AND BAKE FOR 25 MINUTES MORE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN THEN LET COOL AND SERVETIPS: SERVE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM IF YOU WANT TO SERVE HOT

I made this pie and I have to say - IT WAS DELICIOUS! I used store-bought pie crust, and followed the directions exactly, except that the directions didn't say when to add the lemon - so I added in the saucepan. My family LOVED this pie - and I know I will be making this alot :) Thank you!
