Toss apples with granulated sugar, topioca and spices in a large bowl. Let stand for 15 minutes. Mix flour and brown sugar in to a medium bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.
Line a 9-inch pie plate with crust as directed on package for one crust pie. Fill with fruit mixture; top with crumb mixture. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until juices from bubbles that burst slowly. Then Cool.
