This recipe was shared with me by a friend who had this wonderful pie on vacation and was able to get the pastry chef to share the recipe with her.

Ingredients For adult french silk pie

4egg yolks
-
4ozconfectioners' sugar

2 sticksbutter, unsalted
-
1/3 cupkahlua coffee liqueur
-
1banana
-
1ozamaretto almond liqueur

1-9”graham cracker pie crust
How To Make adult french silk pie

1Slice banana and cover bottom only of crust

2Sprinkle Amaretto over banana
-
3Place egg yolks, sugar, butter and Kahlua (all at room temperature) Whip, at height speed of electric mixer, for 10 minutes

4Pour mixture over banana and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving

5Serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
