|1 c||butter, room temperature|
|1 c||brown sugar, firmly packed|
|2 c||all purpose flour|
|1 c||graham crackers, crushed|
|4 c||marshmallows, mini|
|12 oz||chocolate chips|
|1 c||chopped walnuts or pecans|
|1/2 c||peanut butter (optional)|
In a large bowl,beat 1 c. butter,1 c. brown sugar,and 1/2 c. peanut butter until smooth.The peanut butter is not required if you do not like it.
In a medium bowl, combine 2 c. flour and 1 c. graham cracker crumbs. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix well. Press into the bottom of a jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle 12 oz. of chocolate chips on top, then 1 c. nuts, then 4 c. mini marshmallow. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Marshmallows should be golden brown. Cool and cut into bars.
