Pumpkin Pie Chips

- small pie pumpkin, gutted and shaved
- 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- 1 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
1Cut your pumpkin in half, clean out each half, use a potato peeler to peel off the rind, then cut each half into thirds. Use a mandoline slicer to make chips.
2Heat olive oil or deep fryer and fry your pumpkin chips in batches. Outside edges should be golden brown. Remove chips and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet to drain.
