Pumpkin/Gingerbread Trifle

Ingredients

2 pkg
gingerbread mix
1 pkg
vanilla pudding; cook/serve
1 can(s)
pumpkin pie filling
1/2 c
brown sugar
1/3 tsp
ground cinnamon
12 oz
frozen whipped topping
1/2 c
gingersnap cookies ; crushed

Step-By-Step

1Bake gingerbread as directed on package. Cool.
Prepare pudding; set aside to cool. Stir pumpkin,
sugar & cinnamon into pudding.
2Crumble 1 batch of gingerbread into bottom of dish.
Pour 1/2 pudding over gingerbread; then add a layer
of whipped topping. Repeat.
3Sprinkle top with crushed gingersnaps.
Keep refrigerated.
