This is a recipe that my best friend always used when she was short on time but still had to take a dish to pass to a luncheon or dinner. It does need to be made the night before the event.
I have never fixed anything that was easier or quicker to make!!

Ingredients

1 can(s)
crushed pineapple
1 pkg
miniature marshmallows
8 oz
light or heavy cream ( do not use half and half)

Directions Step-By-Step

THE NIGHT BEFORE: Mix the undrained pinapple, cream and marshmallows together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Stir the next morning.

Stir again, before serving.
