Pineapple Marshmallow Dump Salad

Carol Nye Recipe

By Carol Nye graymare47

This is a recipe that my best friend always used when she was short on time but still had to take a dish to pass to a luncheon or dinner. It does need to be made the night before the event.
I have never fixed anything that was easier or quicker to make!!

Do you whip the cream before adding it or just pour it in and mix?

No, don't whip the cream. The marshmallows soak it up. I use a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple.

I made this and it was REALLY good! I did change the proportions a bit, though. 1 can just did not seem like enough pineapple for all those marshmallows. I used 2 cans and it was delish!!
