(8 oz) cream cheese
crust: mix well. reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for top. press the rest into 9x13 inch pan.
filling: mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter together.
gradually add milk and cool whip. pour over crust. sprinkle reserved crumbs over top. freeze for 30 minutes before serving. sprinkle with chocolate chips.
