This yummy blondie bar came from the back of the mini-chips. With brown sugar and chocolate, oh yea there good.

Ingredients

2 c
all-purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1 1/2 stick
butter or margarine, softened (3/4 of a cup)
1 1/2 c
packed light brown sugar
2
eggs
2 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
vanilla extract
2 c
12 oz. pkg of mini chips ~ semi sweet chocolate

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 13"x9" baking pan.

2Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

3Beat butter and brown sugar in bowl til fluffly, add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well.
Stir in small chocolate chips.

4Spread in prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack.

Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
