Mama Mains Mini-Cheesecakes

This is just one of those recipes you look for. I've had this recipe literally since the mid-70's when a good friend of mine would bring these to work. Even though I call these Mama Mains Mini Cheese Cakes, this is just the classic Mini Cheese Cake recipe.
8 oz. packages cream cheese softened
1Line muffin tin with foil liners. Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
2Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well-blended.
3Add eggs. Mix well.
4Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
5Remove from pan when cool. Chill. Top with fruit, preserves, nuts or chocolate. Be creative!
