This is a recipe that my Grandmother used to make for us. It started out being a pie but as time went on it never made it to the pie shell. Its really simple and my sons love it and love making it too. We always do it for holidays. I hope everyone that tries it will love it as much as we do.

1 large
cool whip
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1 box
vanilla wafers cookies
lemon juice to taste
graham cracker pie crust (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Crush cookies.
Add cookies, cool whip and condensed milk to bowl and mix. Once mixed start adding lemon juice to taste, I usually start with 1/4 cup and go from there. Once you get it to your specific taste you can either put it in a graham cracker pie shell or just refridgerate in a bowl.
Chill till Cool Whip is set again and serve.
