Lemon Cream Puffs

- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry,thawed
- 2 c lemon curd
- 1/2 thawed cool whip,or prepared whipped cream
- 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate ,melted
1Preheat oven to 400 deg. Place pastry on lightly floured board,roll out to a 10-inch square. Cut into 9 circles with a 3 inch cookie cutter or rim of glass. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 mins. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
Cut circles horizontally in half. Mix cool whip and lemon curd together,spoon evenly into bottom halves of pastry;cover with tops. Drizzle with chocolate. Serve immediately.
