1With a wooden spoon mix ricotta, powdered sugar, (orange rind,) and vanilla until smooth. Add the chips and stir until evenly blended.
2Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
3Keep mixture into fridge until you are ready to use it!
4Spoon mixture into ice cream cone.Serve.
5If you wish to make your cones look like the picture,melt 1 cup chocolate chips and dip cones in chocolate (I also like to coat inside the cones.)Roll chocolate dipped cone in chopped nuts.
