Two crust pie pastry; Cut in oil into flour and salt using pastry blender of crisscrossing 2 knives until dough is crumbled.
Sprinkle dough with cold water 1 tablespoon at a time.Toss with fork till all flour is moistened.
Roll into a ball. Roll out on floured table or board.Cut size to fit tart shell pan or cupcake pan.Can use glass the size to fit.
Put dough into tart shell pan or cupcake pan. Form it to fit.
Mix first six ingredients. Fold in raisins.
Fill tart shell or cupcake pan 3/4 full with filling
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
