cornstarch

sugar
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
xanthan gum
1/2 tsp
vanilla
pinch of salt

egg
3/4 tsp
vinegar
3/4 c
milk

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oil to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add egg & vinegar. Slowly add milk, mixing well to remove all lumps. You can either pour batter in a squeeze bottle or just slowly drop batter from spoon to form criss-crossing circles & ovals.

Cook until ightly browned. Turn to brown other side as well. Remove & drain on paper towels. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
