GLUTEN FREE FUNNEL CAKE

1Preheat oil to 375 degrees. In bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Add egg & vinegar. Slowly add milk, mixing well to remove all lumps. You can either pour batter in a squeeze bottle or just slowly drop batter from spoon to form criss-crossing circles & ovals.
2Cook until ightly browned. Turn to brown other side as well. Remove & drain on paper towels. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
