|2 c||heavy cream, cold|
|3-6 Tbsp||confectioners' sugar, to taste|
|1/2 tsp||ground ginger|
Beat cream in a chilled metal bowl until peaks form.
Add the rest of the ingredients, beat until very stiff forms peak. Optionally add cinnamon, as well.
Keep chilled, serve immediately.
