This can be served as a side dish or a dessert. Goes great with Chicken, turkey or even better with brisket.

Ingredients

1 pkg
8oz bag noodles 1/2 wide
1 c
sugar
3-4
eggs (seperated)
1 stick
margarine (melted)
1/2 lb
creme cheese
1 c
sour cream (may use light)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/2-3/4 c
golden raisins
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling
2 Tbsp
butter
1/2-1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Boil noodles following package directions.

2Rince after draining with hot water.

3Add butter and mix

4Cream sugar and margarine thoroughly

5Add egg yolks, sour cream, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla

6Beat until a whipped consistency

7Whip egg whites till fluffy and fold into mixture

8Add raisins to mixture

9Add noodles to mixture and mix gently

10Put into greased 9x13 rectangular glass dish

11Put cinnamon on top

12Heat for 1/2 hour in perheated 375 degree oven

13Take out and put cherry topping on

14Contiune to bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees

15Let cool for fifteen minutes before serving
