These also freeze well.
Wonderful Served Warm or @ room temperature, or just for a snack. These were once served at a bed and breakfast. .
Measure all ingredients, & read directions thoroughly before starting.
ADD; 2 Tbs Cold water, stir till well Blended.
Divide Dough in 1/2.
Stir in remaining flour;
add eggs one at a time, Beating well after each.
SPREAD over pastry rectangles.
Frost Hot Pastry.
Drizzle, or spread heated just to warm stage, (NOT HOT) Raspberry, Strawberry or Black berry Jam down the centers of each rectangle. Even a little cream cheese @ room temp. spread down the centers is optional.
add; a sprinkle of ground nuts is optional.
