Mix crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar. Press onto the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking pan.
Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Cut into bars. To decorate, sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate leftover bars. (if there are any left, LOL)
