butter or margarine
instant vanilla pudding mix
Heat oven to 400 Degrees F.
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.
Stir vigorously over low heat for about a minute or until mixture forms a ball
Beat in Eggs, all at one time and continue beating until smooth
Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls three inches apart onto ungreased cooking sheet
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden
To make Cream Filling just combine all ingredients and use electric mixer until mixture begins to thicken
Cool Away from draft or pastry will drop!!
Cut off tops and pull out any filaments of soft dough
Carefully fill puffs with cream filling and refrigerate until serving
