butter or margarine
instant vanilla pudding mix
1Heat oven to 400 Degrees F.
2Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.
4Stir vigorously over low heat for about a minute or until mixture forms a ball
6Beat in Eggs, all at one time and continue beating until smooth
7Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls three inches apart onto ungreased cooking sheet
8Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden
9To make Cream Filling just combine all ingredients and use electric mixer until mixture begins to thicken
10Cool Away from draft or pastry will drop!!
11Cut off tops and pull out any filaments of soft dough
12Carefully fill puffs with cream filling and refrigerate until serving
