Combine the butter, cream cheese,flour, egg yolks form into dough put in bowl and refigerate over night.
The following day roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut 2 1/2 squares
Combine your choice of jam and bread crumbs mix together and place in the center of pastry square.
Fill with about a teaspoon of jam fold and lightly crimp together.
Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes
Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
