This recipe melts in your mouth the texture is so buttery and flakey. So....good I make this at Christmas and Easter

Ingredients

1 lb
butter
1 lb
cream cheese
4
egg yolks
4 c
flour
2 c
jam, any flavor
1/2 c
plain bread crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Combine the butter, cream cheese,flour, egg yolks form into dough put in bowl and refigerate over night.

2The following day roll out dough on lightly floured surface. Cut 2 1/2 squares

3Combine your choice of jam and bread crumbs mix together and place in the center of pastry square.

4Fill with about a teaspoon of jam fold and lightly crimp together.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes
Cool and sprinkle with 10x sugar
