Cran-Raspberry Mousse

I got a version of this recipe at the Ocean Spray Cranberry Factory many, many years ago. I have altered to my family's taste over the years. It is a wonderful light dessert after a big holiday meal. I usually double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients

1 c
cran-raspberry juice
1 pkg
3 oz. cranberry gelatin
1 can(s)
jellied cranberry sauce
2 c
cool-whip

Step-By-Step

1Heat juice to boiling in medium saucepan.
2Dissolve gelatin in boiling juice. Whip sauce in small bowl until smooth and add to juice mixture.
3Chill mixture until slightly thickened. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm- Approx.2-3 Hrs.
4This recipe can be easily doubled for a larger group!
