- wine biscuits or any plan biscuits
1Put first three ingredients into saucepan to melt butter. Stirring consistently, bring to boil.
2Whisk egg and slowly add to sugar and butter mixture stirring consistently.
Boil two minutes.
3Add Wine Biscuits and press into dish. Refrigerate and ice with chocolate icing
